Dial for Campaigns ("Dial," "we," "us") is operated by TAIZU Limited. This policy explains what we collect through dialforcampaigns.com, how we handle voter data on behalf of the campaigns we work with, and the choices you have. We handle two kinds of information differently: what you share with us as a visitor, and data we work with on behalf of our clients.
Information you give us
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, campaign or organization, office and level, cycle stage, preferred contact method and time, any other contact details you choose to share, and anything you tell us about your campaign. We use this information only to respond to you, schedule a conversation, prepare a proposal, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing or texting list without your permission.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site secure and running.
Voter data we handle for clients
When a campaign hires us, we work inside systems the campaign controls, such as its VAN and its own texting and dialing platform accounts. The campaign owns that data and decides how it is used. We act only on the campaign's instructions and within the scope of our written agreement. Specifically:
- We access only the data a campaign shares with us, and the campaign can revoke our access at any time.
- Results of our work, including support IDs, survey responses, and opt-outs, are written back to the campaign's own file.
- We never export, sell, keep, or reuse a client's data for any other campaign or client.
- When an engagement ends, our access ends with it.
If you are a voter with questions about how a campaign uses your information, please contact that campaign directly.
Text messages and phone calls
Programs we run follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, carrier requirements, and platform rules. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently and are recorded in the campaign's file. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host this site, handle email, and run texting and dialing programs. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit access to only what each program requires.
Retention
We keep consultation information only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records. Client voter data stays in the client's systems, as described above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us by emailing dialfordanny@gmail.com.
Children
This site is intended for campaign professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
